Revive Archived Users: A Simple Guide for Any Platform

Revive Archived Users – Need to bring back an archived user? No matter if you’re using the Power Platform or the Autopilot Platform, we’ve got your back. Follow these straightforward steps to effortlessly restore local, Entra ID, or Google Workspace archived users.

Reviving Local Archived Users on the Power Platform

  • Sign in to the Power Platform and pick the customer you want to manage.
  • From the dashboard, hit the Users box.
  • In the User-Group-Manager administration window, click on the Archived Users tab.
  • Look for the user you want to revive and click on the circular arrow icon to restore them.
  • Click on Restore.
  • You should now see the user listed.

Reviving Entra ID Archived Users on the Power Platform

  • Log in to the Power Platform and select the customer you wish to manage.
  • From the dashboard, click on the Users box.
  • In the User-Group-Manager administration window, click on the Entra ID Sync button.
  • Click on the Entra ID Settings button.
  • Click on ENTRA ID USERS & GROUPS.
  • Search for the user you’re looking for and click on Skipped next to it to turn it into Syncd.
  • Click on the Sync Now button.
  • Click on Close and then Back.
  • You should now see the user listed.

Reviving Google Workspace Archived Users on the Power Platform

  • Log in to the Power Platform and select the customer you wish to manage.
  • From the dashboard, click on the Users box.
  • In the User-Group-Manager administration window, click on the Google Sync button.
  • Click on the Google Settings button.
  • Click on GOOGLE USERS & GROUPS.
  • Search for the user you’re looking for and click on Skipped next to it to turn it into Syncd.
  • Click on the Sync Now button.
  • Click on Close and then Back.
  • You should now see the user listed.

Reviving Local Archived Users on the Autopilot Platform

  • Log in to the Autopilot Platform and select the customer you wish to manage.
  • From the dashboard, click on Users on the ribbon on the right side of the screen.
  • In the User administration window, click on the ARCHIVED tab.
  • Search for the user you want to revive and click on the circular arrow icon to restore them.
  • You should now see the user listed.

Reviving Entra ID Archived Users on the Autopilot Platform

  • Log in to the Autopilot Platform and select the customer you wish to manage.
  • From the dashboard, click on Users on the ribbon on the right side of the screen.
  • In the User administration window, click on Entra ID on the ribbon to the right.
  • Click on Settings.
  • Click on Entra ID Users & Groups.
  • Search for the user you’re looking for and click on Skipped next to it to turn it into Syncd.
  • Click on the Sync Now button.
  • Click on Close.
  • Click on Users on the breadcrumb trail menu at the top of the screen.
  • You should now see the user listed.

  • In the User administration window, click on Google on the ribbon to the right.
  • Click on Settings.
  • Click on Google Users & Groups.
  • Search for the user you’re looking for and click on Skipped next to it to turn it into Syncd.
